What format does ASI ContentBridge™ use?
ASI ContentBridge™ uses the standard XML protocol to stream/upload data and content.
What information should I provide to get started?
This will depend on the method of XML transfer you select (streaming
vs. downloading) For example,
if you download an XML file to develop a search engine optimized Web site, we would need a list
of your
preferred suppliers and the fields of information that you’d like to display.
How will we retrieve the data?
ASI ContentBridge™ has a secure website login you will access to pull XML files. This
retrieval method
can be manual or automated depending on your preference and capabilities.
What options do you provide for updates?
You can access ASI ContentBridge™ weekly or, via XML streaming, recieve updates in real-time.
Are downloads incremental or complete at each delivery?
Complete. ASI’s 70+ product and supplier
data team makes thousands of updates every week ensuring
that each time you receive data, it will be the most up-to-date information in the industry.
How big is the file size?
This will vary depending on the method of transfer you select (streaming vs.
downloading). To expedite
download delivery we recommend selecting just the specific suppliers and fields you need.
Is the file secure?
Yes, files are encrypted as necessary and/or as requested by the client.
